ABSTRACT
The article presents the basis of the humanitarian model of organization of engineering education in the technical University. It shows the necessity of training engineers with broad professional and philosophical Outlook, as well as a number of humanitarian competencies: ability to work in a team, possession of the techniques of effective professional communication, understanding ethical responsibility of making engineering decisions. The article discusses the problems of modelling processes of formation of critically thinking, socially responsible and civic personality, a person able and willing to self-development and self-education throughout life. Moreover the article notes that the main task of the University is the development of a creative environment to identify gifted students and support their initiative, creativity, competence.

ABSTRACT
This article presents characteristics of the students and approaches (forms, methods and kinds of activity) for organization of their his effective learning cognition and self-teaching in the conditions of education without borders. In the article is shown building interpersonal collaboration in the changing (last time) circumstances of distributed and polyresource education, when the today’s school has ceased to be the single place, where pupils can get education.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the problems of graphic education on engineering specialties of an agricultural university. The formation of competencies in students in accordance with the requirements of Federal educational standards. The article also discusses the problem related to the quality of mathematical training of graduates entering the technical specialties of agrarian universities, and as a result, the mastering of technical disciplines. The focus is on the formation of specific knowledge and skills of 1st year students in the study of engineering and graphic disciplines with the use of modern domestic software computer-aided design.

ABSTRACT
The article describes the experience of organization extracurricular educational work in the dormitory in Chita State Medical Academy. The basis of this analysis is administration’s activities. The article describes basic approaches and principles of extracurricular activities organization; main directions of work with young people in the dormitory are presented; their role in a personality development is shown. The author examines the issues of prevention from deviant behavior, the challenges that the curator faces in his work. The role of student self-governing in socialization of students in dormitory is shown. The article deals with the analytic investigation in students’ satisfaction in their living conditions as well as assess in socio-psychological climate in the dormitory.

ABSTRACT
The article provides an overview of research devoted to studying of physicochemical, biological and balneological properties of the naftalan oil and knoll therapeutic mud. ABSTRACT
It has been traced the behavior of hemo mutant varieties of winter wheat in the extreme conditions of the regions of the Altai territory, the Tyumen and Novosibirsk regions, the Komi Republic and Eastern Kazakhstan. It has been confirmed high adaptive properties of hemo muant varieties and specimens, the margin of safety of these properties and opportunities to promote these varieties and samples in some region of the West Siberian region. The article briefly analyses some of the basics of high endurance of hemo muants and hemo muant varieties to extremely adverse environmental conditions: morphological, physiological, biochemical, genetic.

ABSTRACT
The paper considers the features of the development of automation of oil and gas processes. The stages of formation of the oil and gas industry in the whole of the USSR are briefly presented. The main historical events of the development of the oil and gas complex are presented, which contributed to the rapid growth in the field of automated systems in this area. Reorganization of the energy base of the oilfield economy is shown: from the labor force and replacement with electricity. The stages of the formation of oil production are also presented, and the introduction into the technological scheme of new processes for those times.
Examples are given of countries and plants where large-scale implementation of automated systems took place, which led to more production and processing of oil products.
