ABSTRACT
The article characterizes the philosophy of science, its subject, actual problems and concepts, and also substantiates the necessity, imperativeness of the humanistic concept of the philosophy of science, which is an adequate response to the challenges of the XXI century and is designed to determine the corresponding value-semantic ideal and strategy of development of modern science.

ABSTRACT
The article discusses the diagnostics results of formation level of professional (subject and methodological) competences and difficulties for chemistry teachers. The study identifies problem areas in the subject knowledge, types of tasks as well as methodological issues causing the greatest difficulties for teachers, which should be given special attention when building individual educational and professional routes for teachers' development of competence. The methodological aspects of preparing teachers for the State Final Examination of students in chemistry are considered.

ABSTRACT
The article considers various aspects of the WorldSkills movement image formation and the importance of its ideology popularization in the society as a whole. The key issues of perception of The WorldSkills movement image by different audiences and problems of its perception are defined. The article gives the results of monitoring of the perception of the WorldSkills movement in different classrooms of the center of medical technique and optics (Cmti) GAPO "College of business № 11".

ABSTRACT
Article is devoted to chronological researches of an issue of emergence and emergence of practice of drilling with use of washing fluids. Conditions of creation and improvement of compoundings of various types of drilling muds, in relation to specific mining-and-geological conditions of fields are considered. Need of processing of drilling muds by chemical reagents of various nature for the purpose of regulation of their properties is proved. In article questions of use surfactant, the polisakharidnykh, the lignosulfonatnykh and other reagents, for creation of special purpose solutions are considered: silicate, izvestkovistykh, biopolymer, emulsion. Comparative characteristic of assessment of efficiency of the specified types of solutions with the small maintenance of a firm phase in size of mechanical speed of a driving is carried out.
It is shown that creation of various types of boring washing fluids is connected with need of use of chemical reagents for the purpose of giving to systems on water or hydrocarbon bases of the directed technological properties.

ABSTRACT
The paper deals with the main facts of the development of the oil industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the impact on its formation of the political situation in the country and the world. It is told about the foreign oil companies which developed the main fields of the Iranian oil. The main stages of development of production, refining and petrochemistry in the country are identified. The current state of Iran's oil and gas industry is presented.

ABSTRACT
Historical aspects of microelectronic development from the very first scientific invents of the XX century to the actual technologies of contemporaneity are considered. The history of microelectronics development as a sectorial structure of science and industry in our country is analyzed. The review of homeland universities and research institutes, of chairs and scientific laboratories, which are undoubtedly leaders in investigation of semiconductor physics and semiconductor devices, and nanotechnologies, is given. It is exactly these advanced research centers that provide training of domestic specialists that urgently needed for science and industry.

ABSTRACT
Historical periodization of military pedagogical education formation and development in Russia as a composite part (subsystem) of home system of military education is substantiated in the article. Historical genesis of military pedagogical education formation in Russia is explored in correlation with priorities of state policy in the sphere of education, peculiarities of teaching and training of military personnel, process of formation of officer personality as a military educational specialist, organizer of work with personnel in a sub-unit. The integrating idea of the article is investigation of problems and contradictions of military pedagogical education, integration of theoretical views and practical experience that took place in the historical past and substantiated the renewal of the system of military personnel teaching and training in conditions of modern upgrading of the Russian Army and higher military school. The conclusion about the growing role of military pedagogical education in conditions of extensive educational and military reforms in Russia is made.
