ABSTRACT
The article discusses the subject difficulties of physics teachers identified as a result of diagnostics of students and teachers in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra.  The topics, sections of school physics course, and types of tasks causing the greatest difficulties for teachers and students are revealed. The comparison between the levels of subject preparation of teachers and students is made on the basis of the materials of the state final examination of basic general and secondary general education. The data obtained indicate the presence of problem areas in the subject knowledge of both teachers and students, to which special attention should be paid when building individual trajectories of advanced training for physics teachers. The improving the effectiveness of subject and methodological training for students of pedagogical universities, future teachers of physics, is also discussed. Special attention is paid to the strengthening the competence component of the content of physics education, practice-oriented training, the ability to solve qualitative and Olympiad problems in physics.

ABSTRACT
In the students-sportsmen of Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport, specialized in different types of single combats, functional working capacity on Ruffye test and psycho-emotional status on Lusher test of were studied. According to the calculated values of the indexes of Ruffye test, anaerobic working capacities in the most sportsmen were beyond and on middle level. Correlative relations between functional working capacities and sport’s qualification of the sportsmen were clearly seen. Structural-dynamic characteristics of vegetative status of the sportsmen indicate to participation in equal amounts of both sympathetic and parasympathetic components of vegetative nervous system with slight manifestation of stress status and average level of working capacity.

ABSTRACT
Questions of methodology of use of various methods of mathematics in various technical subjects, and also natural Sciences at preparation of special projects are considered. The training of engineers in various subjects of vocational education is offered. At the moment, there is a change in the standards of technical education in Russia, the rejection of the narrow profile of training of engineers, a kind of humanitarian, communication shift in engineering education. New directions of training of specialists are presented, with the possibility of multidisciplinary education, the main and important of which are the mathematical capabilities of basic disciplines, humanitarian components, information and digital technologies.

ABSTRACT
The author continues to consider the scientific and pedagogical heritage of Russian teachers (O.G. Grokholskaya's publications " Peculiarities of development of didactic systems of Russia: a brief historical digression "(2015), " Development of didactic systems of Russia: a brief historical digression "(2016), "Didactic ideas of Russian teachers: a brief historical digression" (2017), " Pedagogical ideas and innovative experience of V. Sukhomlinsky (2018) and others as a pedagogical source of new thoughts, ideas, approaches to the goals and content of education, which allow him to assess and propose solutions to the problems of updating the educational system of Russia today. ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the experience of organizing training and education in the conditions of the tribal system: its goals and values. The features of the socialization of young people in primitive society are considered. It is emphasized that in the period of the emergence of Eastern civilizations the emergence of pedagogical thought occurs, the phenomenon of education and upbringing in the culture of the most ancient peoples of the world takes shape. The role of studying the past pedagogical experience in the preparation of teachers is indicated.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with the problem of creating and applying psychological devices in the Soviet psychotechnics in the 1920-1930s. Psychotechnicians were engaged in professional selection, developed methods of technical propaganda, rationalized labor activity, etc. To solve these problems, Soviet psychotechnicians used apparatus. On the part of the Soviet authorities, the task was to develop their own apparatuses, including for the purpose of independence from the West. However, most of the used devices were from Germany, which was one of the reasons for the personnel cleansing of the Institute of Experimental Psychology. Psycho-technicians modified these devices in order to adapt both to living conditions and to the objectives of the study of labor activity. Despite successful attempts tocreate some devices, in 1933 it had to be admitted that it was not possible to manufacture equipment in the USSR on its own.

ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the historical aspects of the origin of the actual drilling process, the development of technology and technology of drilling from shock (shock-rope, shock-rod) to rotary (turbine and rotor) methods. The development of technology of drilling wells in the IX-XIX centuries for the extraction of water and brines is described. The historical stages of creation, development and improvement of equipment and technology of drilling wells for hydrocarbon production in the XIX– first half of the XX century are analyzed. The names of scientific designers who have made a significant contribution to the improvement of the turbo-drill design are given. The historical aspects of the beginning of industrial drilling in Russia, the beginning of offshore production of hydrocarbons are discussed. The importance of the use of chemical reagents to improve the efficiency of drilling and oil and gas production is shown.

ABSTRACT
The increase in the number of fires and explosions in the second half of the XIX century was the result of the appearance on the market of available kerosene and the widespread introduction of kerosene devices. This fact was the impulse for governments of different countries to research criteria for «safe» kerosene. The history of the classification of flammable and combustible liquids and the creation of the first devices for determining the flash point in Germany is considered in the article. It is shown that this classification arose on the basis of criteria for safe kerosene. A number of German methods and instruments developed in the XIX century are used to determine the flash point up to nowadays.
