ABSTRACT
The article gives a philosophical understanding of a difficult, interdisciplinary and complex problem of “artificial intelligence”. It examines philosophical, theoretical, methodological, and axiological issues, characterizes human intelligence and artificial intelligence of the computer. It is shown their substantial difference, positive and negative consequences of the invasion of “artificial intelligence” in our lives. Technical and technological alienation is characterized. It is concluded that intelligence is perfect and socio-historical nature and only human has it.

The article is devoted to the study specific of thermo-chemistry, taught in various disciplines. It was examined the interdependence between subjects, outlining the topic and proposed to take into account the number of hours depending on the re-consideration of material in other disciplines.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the implementation of the set of TRIZ disciplines into the educational process; the application of methods and algorithms of modern TRIZ to solving the real problems by students, including within the framework of the project-oriented model of education developed at the university. It is shown that for the successful mastering and mastering of the skills of using TRIZ tools, students need “end-to-end” teaching of this subject during the training period, real cases and practice of application of methods, as well as participation in ongoing university projects, including joint work with external customers and university partners.

ABSTRACT
It is proved that under the protection of the population from tobacco poisoning and consequences of tobacco should be used as measures to prevent the onset of cigarette Smoking (TC), and measures the termination of the LC smokers. Only a comprehensive and systematic application of appropriate measures to control the spread of TC, including educational, medical, economic, legal and administrative resources will give a significant effect to reduce the distribution of TC among the population and, of course, in the subsequent reduction of morbidity and mortality among the population. This is evidenced, for example, the experience of developed Western countries, where due to large-scale, methodical attack on the distribution of TC, has achieved significant results. In Russia during the last decades a growing network of centres and school health for different groups of the population, developed health saving technologies for different population groups.

ABSTRACT
In article the brief summary on the main reconstruction of installations of thermocracking is provided to the period the 1950-1980th years with transfer to process of a riforming, to a combination with other processes, with implementation of more modern technologies of pyrolysis at the Baku oil refineries. It is shown that in case of reconstruction of installations of thermocracking various technologies were applied: soft and deep cracking, cracking with water vapor, with water additive, etc. Development of processes of thermal cracking, their industrial implementation and operation were promoted by scientific research of the Azerbaijani scientists and creative work of engineers of the Baku plants.

ABSTRACT
This article is a continuation of the earlier published in the journal chronological series of works by V.V. Kalugin from the history of organization, planning and coordination of scientific research in the USSR (1917-1980). The third part of the article deals with: the scientific and technical complex of the USSR (USSR NTC); Scientific and information support of research and development; Comparative characteristics, financing, distribution of scientific research by types of work in the USSR; main results of scientific research and their use; distribution of defended dissertations by branches of science in the USSR (1969-1975), etc. The article contains 6 detailed tables – characteristics of research and development. Five conclusions about the significance of the USSR NTC, the centrally planned economy of the USSR, scientific information support and the results of completed scientific works are set out.
