ABSTRACT
The fuel and energy complex (FEC) of Russia has an important role in the global energy cooperation. Higher educational institutions of the country have the task of training highly qualified specialists for the industry due to the increasing share of Russia in the supply of energy resources to international markets. For graduates are presented strict requirements, including possession of a complex equipment and innovative technologies.

ABSTRACT
The paper presents the natural position of the origin of humanization of technical education through linguistics, law, history. It analyzes important stages of need to conduct the course “History of the specialty”, principles of humanization based on the requirements of  the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of education in 2013-2020”, the subprogramme 1 “the Development of professional education”. The Authors tried to confirm the priority of humanitarization of technical specialties.

ABSTRACT
The article touches upon the issue of methods of watermarks study in investigation of works of art on paper. The study describes the use of watermarks for confirming and refuting of the production date of the graphics, clarifying time and number of publication of engravings. All examples described are of the items from the collections of the State Museum of Ceramics and “Kuskovo XVIII century Estate” and the Museum-Estate Ostankino.

ABSTRACT
The article examines the historical aspects of human exploration of the Arctic regions. Special attention is paid to strategic, which was conducted by a talented Russian travelers and scientists. As well as it presents data on study of mineral and water resources of the Arctic. The considered point has become quite fruitful in the history of the development of marine geological exploration work in Russia, including for formation of resource base of hydrocarbons on water areas.

ABSTRACT
This article examines the process of development of the system of secondary mathematics education in Russia in the XIX-early XX century: given an analytical
review of the reform for a hundred years. The paper considers public-political, socio-economic, socio-pedagogical conditions of reforming of system of secondary education in the specified period; emphasis on major tendencies in the development of school mathematics education; the factors affecting the content of mathematics education in high school. The author shows the curricula of upper secondary schools and non-classical secondary schools of the late XIX-early XX centuries, a comparative analysis of programs in math. Special attention is paid to the projects of reforms of secondary education in Russia in the beginning of XX century, their influence on mathematics education in the school.

ABSTRACT
Disposal of waste of any origin is an urgent task at the moment, as their accumulation and late neutralization leads to the deterioration of the environment.
One of the most tonnage waste – is phosphogypsum, volume of it estimated in the millions tons. This article presents the achievements in the field of one of the directions of utilization of phosphogypsum – its involvement in the preparation of binders for the construction industry. Showing possible solutions to problems arising from the processing of phosphogypsum, as well as ways of intensifying processes of gypsum binders based on it.

ABSTRACT
The article presents briefly the periods of the formation of winter wheat in Central Russia. Until the 40s of the 20th century the rye was cultivated here from winter grain. There was not cultivation of winter wheat during this period in production due to the lack of winter-hardy varieties. Varieties of wheat possessing the signs of winter-hardy and able to endure winter in the Middle lane are analyzed. The article gives comparative study of winter hardiness of winter wheat varieties received by different methods: a) traditional breeding, b) using the method of chemical mutagenesis. It also gives the ratio of the role of technology of cultivation of winter wheat and the role of the variety (genotype) in different periods of development of formation of winter wheat, where the sign of high winter hardiness plays a crucial role for cultivation in the Middle lane.

ABSTRACT
In the past six decades in Kamchatka it worked great galaxy of scientists (experts), which has developed a number of original methods for monitoring and predicting volcanic eruptions, based on which was issued a number of spectacular short-term forecasts eruptions for volcanoes: Great Tolbachik Fissure in the years 1975-1976, by-Kliuchevskoi in 1983, Shiveluch in 2001, Kizimen in 2009, Bezymiannyi in 2001-2012 and etc. Detailed analysis of the obtained Kamchatka rich experience will enhance the efficiency of forecasting natural disasters.
