ABSTRACT
The article analyses some ways of using methodological achievements of cybernetic epistemology to intensify the comparative legal research tools. This kind of research is a complex gnosiological process and its success depends on measure of equipment by modern cognition approaches. Favourable result is possible if the researcher has a high level of general theoretical training, knows general methodological principles and is able to use new approaches and methodologies of cognition and estimation. These paradigms allow creating a specific complex system picture of researched political and legal phenomena. The article insists that use of general methodological principles of complexity theory and K. Gоdel incompleteness theory allow to obtain fruitful theoretical and practical results when such events as genesis, evolution and modern stage of development of constitutionalism, different actual problems of law and state, complex social systems and perspectives of globalizing world order are researched.

ABSTRACT
The paper deals with the problems of teaching foreign students under the conditions of a multinational university. It is emphasized that the educational process in this case should focus on the achievement of certain classes of competencies justified in international practice. These classes include cognitive,
business, ethical and professional behavioral competences. There are given recommendations on the implementation of general technical and specialized courses within the basic professional educational programs (BPOP), taking into account the requirements set forth to achieve these competencies. The work is based on the experience gained by the authors due to many years of pedagogical activity in two major technical universities.

ABSTRACT
The article shows development tendencies of the educational functions of Russian estate culture at art works in XVIII century. The role of the iconography is noted. Indirect influence of European culture on Russian art and reality is considered on the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary Icon «Vertograd Zaklyuchennyy». In the epoch of Peter a new phenomenon of Russian life is developed such as public parks and gardens, created by the European type, which have informational and educational value. The analysis of landscape gardening ensembles on examples of Krutitskoye in Moscow, the Summer Garden in St. Petersburg, N. Bidloo manor in Lefortovo and Kuskovo in Moscow.

ABSTRACT
Here it is examined the historical stages of development and formation of the chemistry of reactive dyes, containing the heterocyclic radical in the molecule structure, from the inception of this class of dyes to the present day. The article presents data on the influence of the heterocyclic radical to the reactive dyes properties. It is given the extensive bibliography on the article topic including the work of the review type covering the material about the synthesis, properties and applications of the reactive dyes.
