ABSTRACT
The article describes cultural and humanistic paradigm of education, showing its importance for the training of technical personnel, including the oil and gas sector. In this context the following issues are stated: the specifics of the engineering profession and activities, the nature and structure of humanitarian culture of personality; the main directions of humanization and humanitarization of higher technical education are designated; besides the article gives the recommendations on the strengthening of humanization of teaching of social and humanitarian as well as technical disciplines in technical universities.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with the possibility of modeling the content of the training of specialists in humanitarian way. Based on the literature review, the authors formulate signs of human knowledge, the restoration of which allows you to organize the contents of it accordingly. As a sign of the authors identify verbalization content, its focus on a holistic vision of the target objects under study, the relationship with socio-civilizational and ideological aspects. Recreate
these signs content promotes the formation of broadmindedness future professionals to develop their skills to productive social communications, the
formation of preparedness for multifaceted professional solutions.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical features of perception of art school students and on the basis of this distinguished career guidance opportunities humanities subjects that contribute to the formation of professional self-determination of the individual, as well as pedagogical identified risks. The need to emphasize the problems of formation moral and professional self-identity there because now the conservation and improvement of the spiritual culture of the society are the focus. In this regard, the need for updated humanisation of educational process on the basis of value-semantic approach; appeal to art school as one of the most important means of disclosure of the moral potential of the person. Humanities subjects perform primarily a function of the moral perfection of the individual, contributing to the disclosure of creative abilities, including professional. The research methodology is presented humanistic paradigm and specifies its anthropological and phenomenological approaches.

ABSTRACT
The article represents the results of a comparative analysis of school books about Russian history of XVIII – beginning XX century, one of the most common historical sources, which are important for understanding the mechanisms of national historical consciousness’s formation. The analysis of historical literature allows to consider profound the development of national culture and science of XVIII - first half of XX century and the formation and change of different historical concepts. The books were selected because of a number of factors: their inclusion to the school curriculum, the number of publications (10 and more). For the analysis were used 19 textbooks, school-books for different courses of secondary schools and primary schools. All the sources of educational literature were grouped into two concepts — officially-state (patriotic) and the liberal. Each publication was highlighted the dominant concept as a base for the whole textbook. There is also a characteristic of the concepts that are presented chronologically. The analysis represents school history books as an important source for the formation of state policy in the representing of Russian history, and , that is more important, for creation of the concept of the state of Russian history.

ABSTRACT
This article is the description application of a new education method in the process of professional learning in the Moscow School of Medical Optics, at the base Moscow State Self-governing Educational Institution of Vocational Education “College of entrepreneurship no.11”. Scientific Student Conference with the use of distant learning is a field of education that focuses on teaching methods and technology with the aim of improve student’s knowledge, skills and motivation for learning. This method allows training opticians and optometrists successfully.

In article relevance of a problem of preservation and strengthening of social and mental health of student’s youth in the conditions of modernization
of modern education as at student’s age of people has a certain psychological health is opened, but because of stay in the stressogenny environment undergoes changes and as result, can lose the clearness of understanding by the identity of value of the health. The role and capacity of higher education institution as institute of social and psychological improvement of student’s youth from the point of view of various aspects of the educational environment containing in a social and spatial and subject environment of the student is opened: educational, scientific activity, student teaching, public and educational work.

ABSTRACT
Progress in the development of methods of recycling and disposal of municipal solid waste in the European countries and the United States is presented. The stages of the formation of the legislation within the concept of environmental protection, the main directions of policy in this area are described. The distribution of the amount of waste on the methods of their processing, revealed the most successful solutions for their disposal are showed.

ABSTRACT
Presents the historical background of research of youth of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the form of student scientific societies in the late 1940s.We consider forms of organization of work of these companies, presented the direction and results of their activities in the 1950s. It is shown that despite a number of difficulties and failures in work, active work of student scientific society at the Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute has contributed to raising the efficiency of the educational process.

ABSTRACT
Possible solutions to the problem of co-existence of man and the car in the modern city are discussed. Presents options for the design and construction of parking facilities, which take into account the environmental, economic, and aesthetic requirements for urban infrastructure. The possibilities of organic interaction of green space with parking facilities, as well as non-standard ways to expand parking facilities in the vertical direction are shown.
