ABOUT THE SOCIAL HISTORY OF SCIENCE: ORGANIZATION, PLANNING AND COORDINATION OF RESEARCH IN THE USSR (1976-1980).

ABSTRACT
In article presented the most important events in the field of scientific and organizational activities in the USSR in 1976-1980 in a systematic way. Chronological Index, compiled on the basis of many sources, is the only one in the area of copyright research thematic chronological index and the most complete in the number of scientific and institutional developments in comparison with other indexes or calendars. The theme chronological index includes more than 70 major events of national importance, which defined the relevant scientific and organizational activities in the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, and in industry USSR Academy of Sciences (Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR, USSR Academy of Arts). At the end of the article also provides a systematic chronological list of major scientific and technological achievements of the USSR for 1976-1980 years., The first author on the criteria drawn up by the priority achievements. It reflects not only the high effectiveness of the scientific management in the Soviet Union, but also a great demand in the economy completed scientific developments. In the tenth five-year plan of the Soviet it was implemented 70 major scientific and technological achievements, of which 25 — the first time in the world (35.7%), 7 — the first time in Europe (10%) and 38 — for the first time in the Soviet Union (54.3%).

ABSTRACT
In the history of the development of offshore oil and gas industry, covering more than 100-year, we can distinguish several stages, certain phases of crisis politico-military, industrial, economic or energy-related. Against the background of the progressive development of the theory, methodology, techniques and technologies of prospecting, exploration and development of offshore oil and gas production allocated to each of the conditional stage is characterized by a number of features. Phases can be grouped into two periods, separated by the first global energy crisis of the late 60’s – early 70-ies of XX century. These periods, along with their characteristic external factors, with respect to the oil and gas market are significantly different from each other and the level of technical equipment and technologies, which in turn determines the level of development of the maritime industry and its infrastructure. The author gives an analysis of the initial period of the development of offshore oil and gas industry in Russia and abroad.

ABSTRACT
The article offers theoretical foundations of modeling humanitarian-oriented training. The content of training should be the education of consciousness and responsible attitude, immersed in the life of the production, possession of tools to shape the cultural activities. The basic logic of humanization is based on the use of historical knowledge in the specialty, developed in an interdisciplinary model of content, forming the ability to understand the activities performed, evaluate it from different perspectives and operate successfully.

ABSTRACT
The article examines the theoretical and practical experience on the formation of culture of international dialogue among representatives of indigenous peoples of Siberia enrolled in the Siberian Pedagogical University. The author concludes that a specially organized educational work in pedagogical high school, with the assistance of student national communities, including students of the small peoples of Siberia and the Far East (Altai, Buryatia, Tuva, Yakuts, etc.) In the creative national associations, their familiarizing various national activities allows lay a solid foundation for a culture of international dialogue and cooperation. Formation of culture of international dialogue and cooperation also has a positive impact on the overall development of the student youth, their professional training.

ABSTRACT
The article touches upon the issue of methods of investigation of prints on the example of ten portraits of Roman emperors made by Adriaen Collaert after the drawings by Jan van der Straet from the collection of the State Museum of Ceramics and «Kuskovo XVIII century Estate.»
In this study, the stylistic analysis of the items and the particular manner of the artists is not underlined. On the contrary, much attention is given to the description of technical and technological research, including physical and optical techniques. Those methods do not require a large laboratory and use of specialized equipment that makes them rather useful for the curators of works of art on paper collections.
During this study, the attribution, the date and new information on provenance of the items were determined.

ABSTRACT
The article is informative and educative in nature. It’s considered a phenomenon of assimilation and studying macro and micro nature by sculpturer Iulian Mitrofanovich Rukavishnikov at various levels with following versions of art material processing and an embodiment these ideas in plastic equivalent. Also the author makes an attempt to consider this direction of I.M.Rukavishnikov creation in mytho-poetic aspect. Toward this end the author carries out a brief analysis of similar experience of Moscow sculpture school masters that I.M.Rukavishnikov belongs to and draws corresponding conclusions.
During this study, the attribution, the date and new information on provenance of the items were determined.
