ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT
The article touches upon the issue of methods of monitoring and techniques used for forecasting volcanic eruptions in the Kamchatka Peninsula, the work of expert councils. The list of approved forecasts in the past 57 years (from 1955 to 2012) is given in the first part of the article. The circumstances of the most important forecasts are particularized. Over the years, the Kamchatka Volcano Observatory, the Institute of Volcanology, Volcanic Geology and Geochemistry and the Institute of Volcanology and Seismology of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences have given 29 approved forecasts. Among them the medium-term forecasts of paroxysmal eruptions of Bezymianny volcano and Sheveluch volcano, the outstanding short-term forecasts of the eruptions of Plosky Tolbachik volcano, Klyuchevskoy volcano, Karymsky volcano and Sheveluch volcano. The Kamchatka branch of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences gave about twenty successful forecasts.

ABSTRACT
The paper deals with historical aspects of development of hydrocarbon deposits in the territory of modern Azerbaijan, from the first mention of «white oil» and to this day. The authors present a series of articles, which reflects the events and facts of origin and formation oil and gas industry of Azerbaijan. The paper presents a work activity oilmen and their achievements both in Absheron and Caspian Sea, and the regions of Russia and other countries. The series will be presented on the basic scientific developments Baku oil workers in technology, research, drilling, production and refining of oil in 40-60 years. Twentieth century.

ABSTRACT
We consider the development of the domestic textile industry in the period XVIII – early XX centuries in close connection with the case in Russia civilization processes - and subsequent Petrine reforms in education and scientific and technological development, mechanization of manufacturing processes and the emergence of new forms of work organization, caused by the industrial revolution. It noted the dependence of the textile industry in Russia on the supply of foreign equipment and raw materials and, at the same time, the gradual release of the leading enterprises of this dependence, the emergence of higher education and highly skilled domestic specialists in this field. Named the number of Russian textile enterprises, mastered during this period the production of fabrics that are in demand on the world market, and essentially compete with recognized foreign factories and mills.

ABSTRACT
The analysis of the monitoring research conducted by the regional network of Teacher Training, Moscow region. Monitoring the effectiveness of the regional network of training of educators of the Moscow region was intended to identify the real state of implementation of the system, determine the extent of its effectiveness, forecasting the prospects for its further development with the development of priority actions. The analysis identified the main directions in improving activities of the regional network of training employees of general education of the Moscow region.

ABSTRACT
Ethno pedagogy of the North is seen as the resource of modernization of education of indigenous peoples. Analyzes the function and role ethno pedagogy in the development and modernization of education of indigenous peoples. We give a critical analysis of a series of educational reforms and their impact on the state of education of indigenous peoples. The role of education in shaping ethnic identity and its harmonization with the civil identity, analyzes the basic principles and potential modernization of nomadic education of the North.
