ABSTRACT
The integrative theory of humanitarization is considered, which has a pronounced uniqueness, consisting in modeling the activities of engineers in the integration of humanitarian and non-humanitarian sides, in their mutual practical significance for the successful solution of production tasks later. An algorithm for training a specialist in almost any field of science and technology is proposed.

THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF PEDAGOGICAL STAFF TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY (P. 11-14)

ABSTRACT
The article presents the rationale for improving the training of teaching staff for the implementation of innovative activities. The results of the analysis of Federal state educational standards of higher education in the areas of pedagogical staff training, representing a set of requirements for the implementation of Bachelor's and Master's degree programs. The directions of pedagogical staff training in the selection of innovations and assessment of their content and methodological significance with regard to material and technical requirements, construction of an innovation implementation plan and implementation of experimental work to verify the effectiveness of use in the educational process are revealed. The results can be used in the process of improving teacher training by expanding the content of the disciplines responsible for the formation of general professional and professional competencies. The selected areas can also be implemented in the process of organizing practical classes to obtain the skills of searching for innovations, their evaluation and selection for implementation in the educational process.

ABSTRACT
The phenomenon of the Urals regionalism with an emphasis on the reconstruction of the collective image of its ideologists is researched in the article. The author's attention is focused on representatives of the Ural intelligentsia, exponents of the regional idea as an active part of the Ural society in the socio-political and socio-cultural terms. Many of them made a significant contribution to the Ural local history and to the formation of a regional identity.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study is to analyze the history of gas lamps formation in St. Petersburg. The authors considered gas infrastructure implementation stages and development in the time period from 1813 to 1914, identified the main reasons hindering the intensive development of innovative technology in the urban economy of the city. The main scientists, inventors and politicians who had the greatest influence on the mass introduction of gas lamps in the city are identified. The authors concluded that the experience of gas infrastructure development is important for its further application in the context of urban expansion.

ABSTRACT
By the middle of the XIX century, oil began to be of great interest to scientists and industry representatives. The development of scientific works in the field of research on the properties and composition of oil in the 19th century is studied, which served as the basis for the already comprehensive studies of oil in modern times. The article considers the contribution of various scientists to the development of this industry.

ABSTRACT
Some points of the infrastructure development view of the oil refining industry were represented, as well as the main stages in the development of wastewater treatment systems. There was paid the particular attention for the emergence and development of destructive processes in reinforced concrete building structures of capacitive structures under the influence of an oil products aggressive environment. Problems of treatment facilities reconstruction, built in the 70s of the last century, due to the increase in the load on wastewater treatment and the deterioration of building structures, werede signated. The authors propose methods for solving the identified problems, based on the study of the historical experience of protecting and restoring structures, regulatory documentation and the usage of modern innovative materials, improving the efficiency of existing options for strengthening building structures, increasing the service life, durability and operational reliability of buildings and structures of the petrochemical industryand also the oil refining industry.

ABSTRACT
In continuation of the research of the scientific heritage of the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU), the range of works on the development of the basics of obtaining needle coke and improving the technology of delayed coking of heavy petroleum raw materials performed at the Department of Oil and Gas Technology (OGT) of USPTU in the period 1960–2020 is considered. The volume of research and the significance of the results obtained allow us to conclude about the established scientific school, which continues to develop at the present time, solving urgent tasks for our country in the field of advanced oil refining.

The article deals with computerization of public schools in the USSR, the Russian Federation, Great Britain and the USA since 1980s up to the present time. The authors analyze the faults of the process of education computerization, as well as the statistics of the ratio of the number of personal computers to the number of students in public schools.

ABSTRACT
The article tells about the first generation of anti-ship cruise missiles of the Russian Navy sea-based, their samples are considered, the analysis of the features of construction, implemented technical solutions is carried out. When creating rockets, new technical solutions were used, some of which are still used today. In the process of work, an analysis of the solutions used, their advantages and disadvantages was carried out. Based on the results of the work, conclusions were drawn. The materials of the article may be useful for researchers in the history field of the development of domestic missile weapons.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the period of formation of scientific research in the field of biological chemistry in the city of Kursk. Brief biographical information about Professor Mikhail Iosifovich Ravich-Shcherbo, the first chemist of the Kursk State Medical Institute, who headed the Department of Organic and Biological Chemistry from 1936 to 1970, is given. The published articles by M.I. Ravich-Shcherbo scientific works and determined the contribution to the accumulation of an invariant amount of knowledge in the field of the structure and synthesis of proteins and lipids, which was included in modern textbooks and became axiomatic. The results of scientific research are considered from the standpoint of interdisciplinary connections and scientific communication between scientific chemists of different generations. The contribution of the scientific school of biological chemistry M.I. Ravich-Shcherbo in the methodology of natural science research and the methodology of teaching chemistry.

ABSTRACT
The paper provides a historical analysis of mathematical methods as the basis of engineering in all industries: in the courses of petroleum specialties, modeling the search and exploration of oil and gas fields, as well as optimization in the description of petrochemical processes. Methods for using statistical planning to determine the optimal reaction parameters are proposed. Calculations of recirculation parameters are shown. Also, mathematical methods are used to determine the chemical, physical and thermodynamic parameters of molecules and systems, which are sometimes impossible to obtain by other methods.
