ABSTRACT
The article shows the importance of chemical training at all levels of higher education (bachelor-master-postgraduate) for the development of a modern agricultural specialist. Chemical disciplines in the training of specialists in the agro-industrial complex are of increasing significance. This trend is typical not only for our country, but also for other countries with developed agriculture. Development and implementation of modern agricultural technologies and plant protection systems, monitoring of soil agrochemical indicators, product quality control, environmental literacy are an incomplete list of specialist competencies that require chemical disciplines. Based on the concept of the competence model of a graduate of a modern multilevel education system, the article analyzes the role of chemical disciplines as a basic component in the formation of various competencies of an agricultural specialist, as well as their fundamental importance in the implementation of continuity in the system of bachelor-master-postgraduate (the model of this system is presented). ABSTRACT
The authors of this article, studying the development and improvement trends of Russian and foreign methodological features and pedagogical approaches to teaching foreign languages reveal the experience of the famous American psychologist in the field of pedagogy and teaching methodology Benjamin Bloom. Bloom makes the main emphasis on the training taxonomy, which is based on the principle of classification and categorization of various levels of education, the features of which are revealed in his works. A significant place is given to the description of methodological features and principles of the scheme of successive actions developed by him within the framework of a six-layer diagram. Compliance with such step by-step actions, according to Bloom, not only ensures the successful mastering of a foreign language, but also allows to realizing the tasks of students' intellectual education as a whole, which is very significant at the present stage of development of society and education during the period of active integration processes in the world educational and cultural space. The taxonomy of Bloom’s teaching is still debatable today, however, phased steps in the process of teaching a foreign language, in our opinion, are justified.

ABSTRACT
The article describes the development of engineering education from antiquity to the present. Today, the engineering profession is dealing with a lot of uncertainty and incomplete data, as well as competing (often conflicting) demands from customers, governments, environmental groups, and the General public. Therefore, a modern engineer, in addition to technical competence, requires skills in the field of human relations. Options are offered for how an educational institution can give an engineering student the necessary competencies and skills so that they can effectively cope with engineering tasks today and in the future. Options for both project-based learning and mixed learning methods are presented. The article also explains how to use online technologies to make training more qualitative, but at the same time simple, understandable and accessible for engineering students.

ABSTRACT
This article is devoted to the analysis of the historical and cultural heritage of the shale industry as a separate type of heritage. The authors show that the historical and cultural heritage of the oil shale of the Kashpirskoye field - the history of the industry, is a combination of unique scientific and technical achievements and practical activities, natural and social components, expressed both in the form of tangible objects and intangible heritage. Further understanding of heritage sites will allow the formation of an ontology of facts, events and personalities that most vividly and truly characterizes the legacy of the shale industry, the updating of which will help preserve the history of the Samara region and include monuments of shale science and industry in modern culture.

ABSTRACT
The article discusses the history of the development of education, upbringing and pedagogical thought in the ancient era, including the analysis of the principles and patterns of development of the historical and pedagogical process; explores the theoretical views of philosophers and the practical experience of educational systems in ancient Greece: Spartan and Athenian. It is shown and justified that these systems, having certain common features, nevertheless, significantly differ from one another. This dialectic of the general and the special in these systems corresponded to the peculiarities of the socio-economic, political and cultural life of the ancient Greek city-states - Sparta and Athens. The analysis of historical conditions devoted to the development of the culture of the ancient era, which had a decisive influence on the formation of the pedagogical culture of the European peoples of the Middle Ages and modern times, is carried out. The ideas of many generations of educators on the importance of education and upbringing of youth, its content and methods, and the role of teachers in public life are formed on its classical models.

ABSTRACT
The subject of this research is dialogical image recognition systems and in particular the history of the formation and development of this class of systems in the Soviet Union for solving problems of medical diagnostics. The purpose of this work is to reveal the historical background of the emergence of a new class of recognition systems, namely dialog systems in the USSR in the 70s of the last century, the history of their development and prospects for development. As a result of the research, it was shown that in the 70s in the USSR, a portable device was developed that trains in dialogue mode, which was successfully tested for solving a number of problems of medical diagnostics. In the 80's and subsequent years, the idea of building dialog systems was further developed as specialized software for personal computers. At the same time, the scope of their application has significantly expanded. They have become an integral part of medical intelligent decision support systems and specialized application software packages. Thus, dialog systems have become a powerful tool for solving many problems of practical medicine, ensuring the improvement of the quality of medical care for the population.

ABSTRACT
Bacteriology at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries demonstrated its rapid development both in Europe and in the territory of the Russian Empire. Universities and related medical institutions have become centers for the development of the discipline. At the Imperial Kazan University, questions of bacteriology from a single mention in the 70-80-ies of the last century "flowed" into various academic disciplines by the beginning of the twentieth century. The article deals with the content of various academic disciplines under the authorship of I.G. Savchenko, N.M. Lyubimov, S. V. Levashev, A.A. Melkykh, V.A. Barykin, V.K. Menshikov, F.F. Rymovich and other faculty members of the Kazan University, who cover various aspects of bacteriology.

ABSTRACT
The article discusses the history of the development of heterolytic reactions of 1,3-dioxacyclanes, as well as the mechanism of liquid-phase transformations of substituted 1,3-dioxacycloalkanes. The work of domestic scientists in this field is analyzed. The practical application of the studied reactions is presented, in particular in the synthesis of highly effective corrosion inhibitors and reagents that inhibit the activity of sulfate-reducing bacteria. The history of the development of chemistry of silicon analogues of cyclic acetals in the framework of the school of D.L. Rakhmankulova is presented separately.
