ABSTRACT
The specification of the musical and performing competency as a basis of formation of the professional competency of future music teachers is examined. The essence of interpretation of a musical text as a locus which represents the creative potential of musical and performing activity of future music teachers is bared. Terms, with the help of which performing and interpretative art of future music teachers can be discovered as a main way of forming of their musical and performing competency, are appointed. The possibilities of the discipline "Ensemble instrumental acting" in the aspect of forming of musical and performing competency of future music teachers at the university are proved.

ABSTRACT
The paper examines some of the fundamental contradictions of the modern world order leading to the environmental crisis, as well as the role of environmental education and enlightenment in overcoming it in the light of the provisions of the concept of sustainable development. The evolution of ideas and the stages of development of this concept are considered. The goals, principles and objectives of sustainable development in the article are linked to the objectives of humanization and greening of education. It emphasizes the role of environmental education and awareness in overcoming the environmental problems that have arisen. The questions of the relationship between the concept of sustainable development and the idea of the co-evolution of nature and man are considered, some theses / imperatives of the last report of the Rome Club are analyzed. It is concluded that with a certain refinement, the concept of sustainable development can lead to the resolution of the contradictions between nature and man.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to evaluate the contribution to the development of the additive theory of partitions of natural number of P.A. MacMahon. One of the least studied branches of mathematics from the point of view of history is combinatorial analysis, within which the additive theory of partitions of a natural number is considered. Its main task is to answer the question: how many ways can a positive integer n be represented as the sum of the same terms. The apparent simplicity of the formulation of this problem has always attracted researchers. It was solved by outstanding scientists of XVIII-XIX centuries: L. Euler, A. Cayley, J. John. Sylvester et al., who used mainly generating functions. P.A. MacMahon tried to construct a General combinatorial doctrine, which turned out to be basically a General theory of partitions constructed in terms of symmetric functions and aimed primarily at solving enumerative problems. The article may be of interest to researchers in the field of combinatorial analysis, historians of science and all those interested in mathematics.

ABSTRACT
In this article prerequisites of creation, history of formation and development of JSC Research and Production Company «Geofizika» are considered. It was founded in 1970 year as All-Union research institute of oil-field geophysics (leading research institute of the Ministry of the oil-extracting industry of the USSR) for the purpose of the solution of a question of technical and methodical modernization of all trade and geophysical service of the oil and gas industry. Authors offered the periodization of development of institute based on identification of the main directions of functioning of the company: the I stage (1970-1973) is the development of the modern equipment and technology for the geophysical surveys of wells (GSW); the II stage (1973-1991) is functioning as scientific and technological center of domestic geophysics with a wide range of tasks, including metrology and standardization in the field of GSW; the III stage (1991-2000) is increasing the volume of instrument-making; the IV stage (2000 - N) is the development and production of high-tech, science-intensive geophysical equipment and technologies for the study of oil and gas wells.

ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the historical facts on the development of technical devices to make the drilling process more technological, provides facts and examples of improvement of structural elements and structures of drilling rigs and systems from cable shock to rotational ones. The reasons of long-term divergences of specialists of Russia and the USA in questions of drilling by rotary or turbine methods are shown and proved. Advantages and disadvantages of technologies are considered. A brief review of thermal, plasma and other promising methods at the present stage is given.

ABSTRACT
The article deals the history of leading children's designers’ brands development, including the evolution of ways to connect parts, forms of models and connections of elements, as well as approaches to teaching children the basics of design. It was presented by the degree of complexity of the block (from the middle of XIX century), modular, threaded (from the end of XIX century), frame-slot and frame-rod (from the beginning of XX century), including magnets and carcass-frame connection (from the end of XX – beginning of XXI centuries); volume connection using a magnetic field, taking into account the influence of physical laws and technical solutions. The complexity of the possible forms of models of designers is associated with the emergence of new principles of connecting parts, which expand opportunities for children's creativity and learning: in the initial stages of training in the senior preschool age, mastering flat figures for the development of their symmetry, color and shape, for primary school students – the development of spatial imagination and freedom – the development of spatial imagination and freedom.

ABSTRACT
Historical and economic factors and features of development of the Russian oil production on the example of industrial development of the Azerbaijan oil area at the end of XIX-the beginning of the XX century by the Russian and local Azerbaijani capital in the conditions of essential growth of foreign economic and military and political influence are considered. On the basis of statistical materials and historical evidence, the authors have identified significant aspects of the dynamics of the industrial development of the Azerbaijani oil region in the period from the abolition of the rental system of the use of oil lands in 1872 to the nationalization of oil fields during the February revolution of 1917. As well as the role played in this process by Russian, local Azerbaijani and foreign industrial and banking capital.
KEYWORDS: oil, Caspian region, kerosene, Russian national capital, the Rules of the Russian oil industry of 1872, foreign investment, Azerbaijani national Industrialists, the power structures of tsarist Russia, tough market policy, English capital, the crisis of 1900-1903, Muslim workers, discrimination on the basis of nationality, the Russian revolution of 1905.
